4.9 Women
The basic approach of NACTU on women is that women are workers and union members and therefore women issues are union issues.
NACTU approach is that the women issues have to be integrated into the trade
union agenda. NACTU believes women must be encouraged to participate in union activities by removing barriers that prevent women from participating in union activities.
